3. Account Registration & Verification

4.3 Refusal of Transactions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Where bonus abuse is detected, jaya911 reserves the right to void all bonus balances, reclaim any withdrawals made on the basis of abused bonuses, and permanently close the affected account(s) without compensation.
5.3 Expiry
Bonus credits and free spin awards expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the member's wallet and cannot be reinstated. It is the member's responsibility to check and act on bonus terms before expiry.
5.4 jaya911 VIP Programme
Members who meet the activity and deposit thresholds for each VIP tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond — receive enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, higher withdrawal limits, dedicated account management, and exclusive seasonal promotions. 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jaya911, you agree to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the safe operation of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering or using more than one account on jaya911, regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used.
- Accessing jaya911 on behalf of another person or allowing another person to operate your account.

7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the jaya911 platform — including but not limited to the jaya911 name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text content, game content (where operated under licence from third-party providers), software code, data structures, and promotional materials — are owned by or licenced to jaya911. Nothing in this Agreement or in a member's use of the platform confers any ownership right, licence, or interest in any jaya911 intellectual property to any member.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jaya911 platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit: reproduction of platform content for publication; creation of derivative works; use of jaya911 branding in any external communication or social media post that could be construed as an official representation of the brand; or any commercial exploitation of platform content.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to the studio's own licensing terms in addition to this Agreement. jaya911 provides access to this content under licence and accepts no ownership claim over it.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Member
Any member may request the closure of their jaya911 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@jaya911. Before the account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. In cases where account closure is initiated by jaya911 due to a material breach by the member, any balances held in the account — including real-money deposits, winnings, and bonus credits — may be forfeited at jaya911's discretion pending investigation.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon closure of a jaya911 account, the member's access to the platform will be revoked. Transaction records, wagering history, and KYC documentation will be retained by jaya911 for a period consistent with applicable data retention obligations. Closed accounts may not be reopened except in cases where jaya911 determines, following an investigation, that the closure was made in error. A member who has been permanently closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions may not re-register under any name, mobile number, or payment method.
